I-Persimmons Etjaliweko

I-persimmon sithelo esidlekako somuthi we-genus Diospyros yomndeni we-Ebenaceae. Ibizo i-Diospyros livela ebizweni lesi-Greek lakade, elitjho bona isthelo esiqwengileko. I-persimmon ye-America i-(D.virginiana), ikhula kuhle e-Gulf states epumalanga ye-Pennsylvania ephakathi kanye ne-central Illinois. Isthelwesi sinobukhulu obuyi-3 ukuya ku-5 cm, sivamise ukubaplada, sibenombala obumvu ukuya ko-maroon.Inthelo zayo ezinengi zimumethe iimbewue ezimbalwa ezikulu. Sele kunemihlobo embalwa ethiyiweko yatjalwa begodu ikhuliswa ngomngcopho wokuyithengisa.

I-persimmon etjalwe ngobunengi ngeyomhlobo we-Asian persimmon, Diospyros Kaki nanyana i- Kaki Fruit. Umhlobo we-persimmon ngokudabuka engeye-China, sele itjalwe iminyaka begodu kutjalwe imihlobo edlula eyi-two thousand. Isabalele enarheni yange-Korea kanye neye-Japan eminyakeni eminengi eyadlulako lapha kwatlanywa khona eminye imihlobo yokuyingezelela bese yasabalala ephasini loke ngeminyaka yabo-19th century.

Sithoma ukuthuthumba ngesiruthwana kuthi iinthelo ze-kaki zivuthwe zikhule lada ngesilimela. Isthelwesi esimihlobohlobo siyahluka ezinye zinombala osarulana okukhanyako–ukuya embaleni o-orentji ukuya okobomvu okungeneleleko. Zihluka ngobukhulu kusukela ku-1.5 ukuya ku-9 cm ngobukhulu begodu indlela ezibumbeke ngayo ziyahluka, ezinye zibumbeke saqanda lokha ezinye zibumbeke njengomgade. Isthelo sekhaki fruit esikhiqizwa khulu ngesiplada kancani phezulu ngaphasi zakheke njengetamati ekulu. Iskhumba sazo sibutjhelelezi begodu siyadleka, kuthi isthelwesi sibe nombala o-orentji okukhanyako.

I-Persimmons Etjhuqileko Nengakatjhuqi

I-persimmon ihlukaniswa ngengaba ezimbili, lezo ezikhiqiza iinthelo ezitjhuqileko zize zithambe bezibe bomvu njenge-apula. I-persimmon ekhiqizwa khulu ngeyomhlobo we-Kaki Fruit ngengakatjhuqi. Isthelwesi sitlhoga kobana sivunwe ngemva kokobana sifakwe irhasi esusa ukutjhuqa esthelweni ngaphambi kokobana sidliwe nanyana sithengiswe. Lokha isthelo nasivunwako, asidleki ngebanga leleveli ephezulu ye-tannin, kodwana indlela le yenza bona isthelwesi sivuthwe, sitjhuguluke sibesthelo esimnandi.

Ngemva kokobana isthelo sesipakiwe silathjwa ngerhasi ye-ethylene nanyana nge-carbon dioxide ekukulatjhwa kwaso okukhethekileko okwenziwa ama-iri ambalwa nanyana amalanga ambalwa, okuya ngokobana mhlobo bani wokulatjhwa okwenziwako. Lemihlobo ejwayelekileko yamarhasi begodu ayilimazi abathengi. Ukulatjhwa kwesthelwesi ngerhasi kususa ileveli ephezulu ye-tannin esthelwenesi begodu sikhiqiza isthelwesi esiqinileko, sekhwalithi ephezulu esibambeka inga yijeli, esisudu kanye nesithelo esinombala o-orentji esele silungele ukuthengiswa.

Isthelo se-kaki fruit sizele i-vitamin B2 (riboflavin) kanye ne-vitamin B1 (thiamin) begodu sizele ama-carotenoids, adume ngokuba nerhono lokwehlisa amalwelwe wehliziyo kanye neminye imihlobo yenkankere. Isthelwesi simumethe imithiya etholakala ema-abhuleni begodu simumethe ne-calcium, iron kanye ne-magnesium.
