Ibubulo leSewula Africa lokukhena amabheyinapula lincani, kunomlimi munye eKapa Esifundeni se-Eastern Cape, esele kuyi-70% yomkhiqizo woke uphelele weSewula Africa. Ezinye iimfundo sele zithathe isiqunto sokobana nazitjhiswako iinthelwezi, konakala izakhimzimba ezifana nevithamini C kanye ne-folic acid kanye namanye ama-antioxidant.
