Ukuvundisa luhlelo apho kujikwa isitatshi (iikhabhohayidrethi) kunye nee swekile zibe ziimveliso ezifana notywala (isiselo somdiliya omfaxangiweyo) kunye nee asidi ezifana ne lactic asidi (isonka samasi) kwakunye ne carbon dioxide (ibhiya).
