Amaguzu ase Kapa

Imisebenzi

I-Guzu lase Kapa, alifani namanye amaqunube, linamazinga aphezulu wamafutha, oku kwenza ibeziziqhamo ezinesondlo samafutha asempilweni ngokwezakha mzimba ezifana no vitamin A, D, E no K. Ngaphandle koku, amaqunube atyebile kwi minerali, protein, fibre, kunye nezikhuseli zomzimba kwizifo. 

I-Guzu lase Kapa lingatyiwa lifreshi, lisetyenziswe ekubhakeni, kwezi khenkcezisiwe okanye zilungiselelwe ukwenza izidlo eziswiti, isiselo, yoghathi, kunye ne jem. Amaqunube kunye namagqabi kukholeleka okokuba ayanceda ekudumbeni okune ntlungu komzimba, aincedisa ukucola ukutya esiswini, ainceda ukwehlisa amanqatha emzimbeni, kwaye anceda ukulawula isifo se swekile kunye nesifo so xinzelelo lwegazi.

Isufungo Ngamayeza

Ezinkcukacha zezokufundisa nokwazisa kuphela kwaye azifanelanga ukuthathwa njenge ngcebiso kaGqirha. Olu lwazi alunazo injongo zokuthatha indawo ye ngcebiso namayeza ka Gqirha okanye unyango olunikezwa ngabezempilo ngoku semthethweni.
