Ingoma Yabesana Kanye Nokuthoma Kwabantazana

Ingoma kanye nokuthoma kusenziwa besana nabentazana bemphakathini waKwaNdebele, ekusigaba lapha basuka ebuntazaneni nanyana ebusaneni baya ebudaleni. Nakaqeda ukwenza isiko, umntwana othombako kanye nowelako bavumelekile kobana bangaya emsemeni bathome nehlelo lokulobolana kanye nomtjhado. Umnyanya oqakathekileko wengoma wenzelwe ukuhlanganisa abantu beminyaka minye ndawonye, kanye nokubahlukanisa kwezinye iinqhema.

Abesana abawelileko (abakhethwa) bavunyelwe kobana bakhulume namanye amadoda awelileko kwaphela. Ukwenzela ukuqiniseka kobana iindaba zengoma aziphumeli ngaphandle, abakhethwa batjelwa kobana bangatjeli abesana abangakaweli kobana kwenzakalani emphadwini. Lokha abesana nabentazana nabawelako benziswa izinto zesiko ezigcinwa ziyisiko. Ilwazi lelo lidluliselwa esizukulwaneni sinye, iye kwesinye, baqiniseka kobana ilwazi elidluliswakwelo alifi, nokubumbana kwesiko kuyagcizelelwa.

Ingoma (ukuwela) kwenziwa esitjhabeni samaNdebele wakwaNdzundza, qobengemva kweminyaka emine, begodu abesana bavamise ukuwela nabeneminyaka eyi-15 ukuya kwayi-18 ubudala. Amabizo wabo kutlhogeka kobana atloliswe ekosini. Ngemva kokwenza lokho, ikosi ibeka ilanga, bese abesana abayokuwela bembathe usonyana, okhombisa kobana uzilungiselela ukuyokuwela. Ngeskhathesi, wenza izinto ezahlukahlukeneko ezimlungiselela kobana ayokuwela iimveke ezintathu.

Ngaphambi kokobana basuke lapha kuhlala khona ikosi, lapha abakhethwa bemakhaya abaseduze bahlanga khona, ngamunye bamnikeza isititirimba, ebasenzelwe bomkhulwabo ngeskhumba sembuzi, kanye nengubo yinye enganamphetho, ngaphandle kokobana ingoma ivamise ukubakhona eenyangeni ezimakhaza (ebusika).

Ukuthomba kuthoma lokha umntazana nasele athoma ukuphuhla amabele, ukuthoma ekuseni kwangaphambi kokobana inyezi izale, lokha abentazana nabahlutjuliswako babuyiselwa emvelweni, ngokobana basuswe zoke iinhluthu noboya obusemzimbeni ngokobana bagudwe. Umntazana owelileko ngamunye uba nabangenisi bakhe akhethelwe bona bentazana abadala kanye nabefazi ebathombileko nabo.

Ngemva kokobana umntazana alungiswe, ilanga loke kuyaqulwa kugidwe kubethwa isigubhu. Entambama, abentazana bazombeleza umlilo, bambethe imibhalo ebathomba ngayo. Lokha abangenisi bagida bahlubulile. Baqula iingoma ngaphambi kokobana bathome ukuthuka amadoda kanye nabentazana abangakarhabi ukuthomba, nekuyinto abayenza pheze ubusuku boke.

Ekuseni ngakusasa, umntazana othombileko kanye nabangenisi bakhe baye emlanjeni, lapha umthombi ahlanjiswa ngokwesiko, ngemva kwalokho babuyela ekhaya. Ngelanga elilandelako kuyagidingwa bese umntazana othombileko ahlanjiswe godu. Ngemva kwalokho ubekwa yedwa elawini elakhelwe yena. Kade khabe bathoma iinyanga ezintathu, kodwana namhlanje ngebanga lokobana kutlhogeka kobana baye eskolweni nokobana bathole umsebenzi, njeke sele bathomba inyanga kwaphela.

Ngeskhathesi, umthombi bayamyala. Ukweriyelwa nabogogo bendaweni, ebamyala ngamasiko wakhe kanye nangemisebenzi alindeleke kobana ayenze. Abarhugi bona bafundisa amasokobana kobana umuzi wakhiwa njani. Ngeskhathi umntazana othombileko nakahlezi yedwa, akakavunyelwa kobana akhulume nanyana abone amadoda, njeke wenza umsebenzakhe wangekhaya awufundisiweko ebusuku nanyana ngamasa.
