Yinunge bese uzithabise ngokudla okumnandi.
Umqasa ungawosa emlilweni ovulekileko. Thoma ngoku-Marinade inyama yomqasa bese uyayipheka msinya wenzelele bona ingomi. Ukuthoma ngokuyikokisa bese uyizesa nge-marinade sauce mbono omuhle owenza bona inyama le ihlale inomhluzi.
Isibindi somqasa kungenziwa ngaso i-pate ekhamba phambili, ngokusebenzisa i-anyanisi amakhambi, ibhodoro, kanye ne-sherry namkhana i-brandy ukuyenza bona inambitheke kamnandi. Pheka isibindi somqasa nge-anyanisi namakhambi kuze kuphele woke umswakama we-anyanisi nesibindi. Yisuse emlilweni, faka ibhodoro kanye notswala, kugaye kuze kufane nomdoko.
