Ukondla Iibhokhwe Emadlelweni
Amadlelo (indawo yokutya iimvu enengca) athanda ukuba nesondlo kunye ne-Protheyini (protein) xa ekwisimo sokukhula. Kodwa, xa isakhula ibanokufuma okumandla kwaye yenza kubenzima kwibhokhwe evelisa kakhulu okanye itakane elikhula msinya zitye ingca eyoneleyo ukuze zifumane isondlo esidingekayo. Ngaphezu koku, njengokuba izityalo zamadlelo zibandala, incasa yayo kunye nokucoleka kwayo zehlelwa ngumgangatho, kengoko kubalulekile ukutshintsha-tshintsha amadlelo ukugcina izityalo zikwisimo sokukhula. Shiya ixesha elaneleyo emva kokuchumisa (phambi kokutyisa) ukuphungula ubungozi betyhefu esuke kwsichumisi. Kunganyanzeleka ukuba umana uyicheba ingca eyomileyo xa ikhula kakhulu phakathi ngexesha lokuyikhulisa.
Izongezelelo Ekutyeni Kweebhokhwe Emadlelweni
Apho amadlelo eqala khona ukukhupha ukutya okomileyo, eyona ngxaki izakuba kukugqiba ukuba loluphi izityalo ezomileyo zokutyiwa ezisuka emadlelweni. Ukuba uzityisa ukutya okujolisiweyo okuninzi, iibhokhwe zingayitshintsha indlela ezitya ngayo zize zitye kancinci emadlelweni. Ukuba kukho amadlelo angatyebanga, ukutya kungongezelelwa ngomlinganiselo ongange 200 – 350 gm wokutya okujolisiweyo ngokwesilwanyana ngasinye ngosuku ngokuxhomekeka kubudala. Ukuzigada ngeliso lomfuyi kubalulekile kuba umfama kufuneka ehlala egadile okwenzekayo ukuze abone ukuba ziqhuba njani iibhokhwe kutshintsho xa ingca ikho emadlelweni nokuba inambitheka njani ingca yamadlelo.
Umfama kufuneka aqikelele kudingeka izityalo ezomileyo ezingakanani emadlelweni ukuze ongeze ukutya okujolisiweyo ngokufanelekileyo. Ukuba umfama uyaqonda ukuba ukhula olomileyo kumele kubengaphezulu kunomlinganiselo, bangayiphungula i-reyishiyo yokutya okujolisiweyo. Ukuba imveliso yobisi iyehla ngenxa youtshintsho lwendllela yokutyisa, ukutyisa ukutya okujolisiweyo kumele kuthatyathelwe ukwenzele ukuwa kwemveliso yobisi kungaqhubeki unomphelo. Kwinyanga yokugqibela yokukhulelwa, lento ingongezwa ifike ku 7kg ngosuku ukungezelela ekunkeni uktya okujolisiweyo okungange250 – 400 gm ngosuku ngokwesilwanyana. Amdlelo alungileyo kumele anike zonke izondlo kunye nezidingo zebhokhwe ezingaphazamisi kuncancisa, kodwa zingakudinga ukutya okujolisiweyo okungangfe 150 -200 gm ngosuku kumadlelo amabi.
Iibhokhwe kumele zihlale zifumana I–minerali ekumgangatho ophezulu eyenzelwe iibhokhwe ncakasana. Le minerali kufuneka ibene – copper eyoneleyo kwaye ithambe ingabilolitye le – minerali eliqinileyo.
Ukutyisa Amatakane Emadlelweni
Ide ibe neenyanga ezintathu ubudala, itakane lifumana umxube wobisi (elebhokhwe okanye elenkomo), ukutya okuluhlaza kunye nokutya okukhasayo – ukutya okuzele sisondlo okubekwa kwindawo ekhethiweyo ezingafikeleliyo kuyo iibhokhwe ezindala. Ukususela kwiintsuku ezingamashumi alithoba amatakane angasiwa emadlelweni iiyure nje ezisibhpzo ngemini. Ukutya okongezelelweyo okune protheyini (protei) engange 15 – 18% ingatyiswa mihla yonke; kangange 125 – 200 gm ngokwesilwanyana ngasinye ngosuku. Ziphe izityalo ezomileyo ngobusuku okanye ngexsha leemvula.
