Into enhle mayelana nenkukhu yilapho cishe yonke inyoni ingasetshenziswa, ungadla inyama enomsoco futhi usebenzise amathambo asele ukuze wenze isitokisi. Inyama ibuye ibe neyinkimbinkimbi futhi ingaba nesibindi, isetshenziswe, noma igwetshiwe. I-Butcher SA inezincomo zokupheka ezilandelayo:

Izinyoni zonke zitholakala kulabo abathengisi noma ngaphandle kwamagiblets. (I-Giblets yigama elisetshenziselwa ukuhlanganisa ingingila, izinso, inhliziyo, isibindi nentamo). Uma uthenga inkukhu yonke nama-giblets, i-giblets ivame ukumbozwa esikhwameni seplastiki ngaphakathi kwenkukhu.

Iziqongo kanye namacwecwe kufanele kuhlanzwe futhi kubiliswe ukuze kuqede isikhumba ngaphambi kokuba kuphekwe. Izinyawo zezinkukhu zigcwele amaprotheni, i-calcium, i-collagen ne-cartilage. Kungaba kosiwe noma okubilisiwe ukukhiqiza umhluzi noma isitoko. Isikhumba kufanele sisuswe ezinyaweni ngaphambi kokupheka.
