Izakha Mzimba ze-Minerali Ezidingwa Zibhokhwe

I–calcium (Ca) kunye ne – phosphorus (P) zigcineka emathanjeni, kwaye iibhokhwe zinokugcina futhi ziphinde zithathe kwalapha kulovimba ngeemini zikaxakeka. i–calcium (Ca) kunye ne-phosphorus (P) zibaluleke kakhulu njengezinto ezenza amathambo kunye namazinyo kwaye ziyadingeka ekwakhiweni kwamathambo kunye nemisipha kwitakane elisakhulayo lebhokhwe. Ubisi lune – Ca eninzi kengoko okona ibhokhwe ikhupha ubisi kukona idinga i–Ca eninzi emzimbeni. Ingca yamadlelo i-Lucerne ine–calcium eninzi okanye ingafunyanwa nakokunye ukutya.

I-Zinc inenkxaxheba ekwenzekeni kwembewu (sperm) kwaye iimpawu zonqongophalo ziquka ukuphunguka ekukhuleni koboya, I–bhaktheriya eninzi emlonyeni eyenza amathe amaninzi, ukoma kwamathambo kunye nokungavukelwa kweenkunzi. Iimpawu zonqongophalo kwi iodine zingabonwa ekudumbeni kwe - thyroid kunye nakwizikhumba eziqinileyo.

Izakhamzimba Zesondlo kunye ne-Minerali

Ukuba ukutya kobisi kuthengelwe iibhokhwe zobisi, abavelisi bokutya ngokommo baquka uluhlu lwezakhamzimba kunye ne minerali. Ukuba ukutya kobisi lwebhokhwe luthengiwe, uveliso lwesondlo ludla ngoquka uluhlu lwezakha mzimba kunye ne-minerali.
