Woodbury Tented Camp accommodation is in the form of luxury canvas tents on raised platforms.
Your Room
Each tent can be booked with either twin beds or a king size bed. They have en suite bathrooms, a shower and private toilet, 24 hour electricity and hot running water. The tents open onto a private wooden deck, with some facing onto the reserve and others with a treetop view into the indigenous bush.
Electric blankets are provided for cooler nights, while the decks are perfect for soaking up the summer sun. Family tents consist of 2 tents connected by a wooden deck. They have the same facilities as the single tents and can sleep a family of 5.
Facilities
The central lodge has a main dining and lounge area where guests gather for meals. An indoor dining area with roaring fire is the place to be for dinner on cool nights. Other meals are served on the deck overlooking the plains and waterhole, where animals can sometimes be seen coming to drink.
There is a swimming pool, for you to cool off in during your time between drives or to laze around as you soak up the African sun. In addition, there is a curio shop to buy keepsakes for you and your friends, to remind you of the fabulous days you spent on safari.
