The Lodge is situated in a valley of indigenous bushveld at the northern boundary of the Amakhala Reserve. Game drives take you into the park in search of the Big 5 as well as cheetah, antelope and smaller game.
Thatched Safari Lodge accommodation consists of luxury suites, each with its own plunge pool and viewing deck. From the suites and the Safari Lodge lounge area, you can watch game coming to drink at the nearby waterhole. Monkeys, zebra and if you’re lucky, even elephant can be seen right on your doorstep. Time between game drives and safari walks can be spent at the main lodge pool, taking in the views and relaxing in comfort and style.
