Amakari anombala ohlaza satjani okumnyama, ubukhulu besilinganiso esiphakathi, arondo begodu anencenye yesiphetho esincophileko.

Iintjhabalalisi kanye Namalwelwe

Umhlobo lo waziwa ngokuba buthakathaka naziza ekuthuthumbeni nekutjhwabeni ngaphambi kwesikhathi, kodwana ukghona ukuzilwela ekuboleni okwaziwa nge-botrytis.

ESewula Afrika, i-Cabernet Sauvignon begade ihlotjaniswa khulu nomhlobo okhamba phambili wewayini ukusuka ngeminyaka yabo-1920s. Injalo nje isetjenziswa nakeminye imivango, efaka hlangana i-Cinsaut nofana i-Shiraz ukwenzela ukuthambisa i-tannins, kanye ne-Pinotage and kanye neminye imihlobo esebenze ukukhiqiza umhlobo obizwa nge-Cape blend, nofana i-Merlot, Cabernet franc nezinye ukukhiqiza umhlobo obizwa nge-Bordeaux-style blend.
