Supreme Remote Bush Camp - Activities
Manyeleti, Greater Kruger

Whether encountering wildlife and birds while on a game drive or guided bush walk or from a viewing deck or at your luxurious accommodation, you will not be disappointed.

Animal Encounters

Winter-times (May to October) are dry and game viewing is best at this time of year because wildlife is known to congregate at water holes more during these drier months when grass and foliage is relatively scarce. December to March is best for birding as the bushveld is lush, rivers are full and birds do not lack for materials for food, hiding or nesting. April to May also offers decent birding opportunities, however is not an ideal time for big game viewing. Newborns arrive during November and December.

Wildlife Photography

African sunsets at Honeyguide Mantobeni Camp make for ideal photographic opportunities as you observe the sun giving off shades of red, orange and even purple. Game drives offer the ideal opportunity to capture these special moments through your camera lens. An ideal spot for photographers to position themselves is at the thatched hide.

Alternative Activities

At this 5 star safari camp in Manyeleti Game Reserve there is an opportunity to experience a meaningful intercultural exchange. Many guests sign up to visit the nearby village of Welverdiend. Here, guests chat with locals and learn more about how the local people live.

Relaxing at Honeyguide Mantobeni Camp

Some guests at Honeyguide Mantobeni Camp prefer to base themselves at the camp itself instead of the game drive option. You can observe wildlife and birds from the comfort of a deck chair, from the swimming pool or one of the communal areas at the main building.
