Your Experience

MalaMala Camp is located in the private MalaMala Game Reserve in the Sabi Sands. This is a hotspot for wildlife and wildlife photographers. Game drives are conducted twice a day, early in the morning and late in the afternoon, by professional game rangers in specially designed safari vehicles. At MalaMala Camp you will experience excellent lion and leopard game viewing opportunities as well as the other famous members of the Big 5.

This private safari camp in the Sabi Sands is also unfenced. You will barely need to leave your bed to encounter the wild as an occasional antelope or elephant can be seen snacking on the surrounding greenery, you will make you feel continuously immersed within nature.

This is exactly how a South African safari experience should feel. Dinners served in the outdoor boma by candlelight, will have you sipping happily on a glass of South African Pinotage. Can you already hear the sound of the cicadas that fills the air? MalaMala is also one of the few safari destinations, which offer a fully equipped disabled-friendly suite.
