Kruger National Park

Game Viewing

This truly is nature’s playground, not just for kids, but for adults too. Children from 6 years and up can take part in this activity and will delight in lions, elephant, rhino, leopards, impala, giraffe, zebra. The tracker-guides will locate animals using their skills and expertise, which is a thrilling experience.

Bush Walks

Bush walks are only suitable for guests over 16 but it is a great option for mom and dad while the young ones are kept busy back at the lodge. Qualified walking guides will teach you about the smaller creatures of the Kruger as well as significant plants, herbs and trees.

Kids on Safari

At this child-friendly lodge in the Kruger Park each young guest receives a goody bag pack filled with small gifts that they can use during their stay at Fitzpatrick’s at Jock. They can pay a visit to the Stevenson Hamilton Museum in Skukuza, receive junior ranger training while on kiddies safari drives and even try out night walk around the camp.

Cooking activities, arts & crafts as well as a selection of board games and books are on offer. Game drives for children younger than 6 years old are conducted in closed vehicles as per rules and regulations of the Kruger National Park.

Golf At Leopard Creek

Complimentary transfers are offered for avid golfers looking to play a round at Leopard Creek Golf Club, just outside the Malelane Gate of the Kruger National Park. Bare in mind that the appropriate golfing attire is required- collar shirts with sleeves, trousers or shorts with white socks and the correct shoes with golf/rubber spikes.
