There are nine waterhole-facing thatched bungalows at Arathusa Safari Lodge.
Each suite is uniquely designed, with a focus on light and space. Units offer en-suite bathrooms as well as an outdoor shower. Private verandahs overlook the waterhole.
There are 4 bush-facing suites that are hidden in the woodlands for a more secluded feel. These rooms boast private decks with plunge pools, and lounge areas within an open plan layout.
En-suite bathrooms enjoy ‘his and her’ basins, which comes in handy for couples. Each Unit at Arathusa is air conditioned during the summer and heated in the winter.
Additional amenities include a mini bar (stocked with a selection of beverages), an electronic safe, hairdryer, air conditioning, direct-dial telephone, mosquito net and tea/coffee making facilities. In keeping with the traditional safari experience, there are no televisions in the rooms.
Guests are able to check e-mails and Facebook from the reception area. This Traditional Bush Lodge in the Sabi Sands also has an infinity swimming pool with a prime view of the waterhole.
