You won't believe your luck in discovering such a homely spot amidst prime wildlife viewing. Arathusa Safari Lodge is a traditional bush lodge in the Sabi Sands, where the Manyeleti River meanders its way through the property. This encourages lush bush vegetation throughout, and there is always something to catch your eye around each corner. Most animals seen here are well-known residents within the area.
There are between five and 20 local hippos that lounge in the waterhole and approximately 14 leopards within the region in which Arathusa operates its game drives. The open-plan design and natural building materials allows this traditional bush lodge to blend into its surrounds. It’s also an ideal spot for a solo traveller to experience a safari in South Africa. You will be sure to bump shoulders with other travellers at the main bar, living area, or at the swimming pool.
No one goes hungry at Arathusa and mealtimes are a social affair. Guests can enjoy an abundance of African inspired cuisine within the traditional boma, while being serenaded by the sounds of nature. Children 12 years and over are welcome at Arathusa Safari Lodge.
This is an all-inclusive lodge in Sabi Sands, with a flat rate all year round, making for a great getaway escape into the bush at any time.
