Dwyka Tented Lodge
This lodge at Sanbona consists of luxury tents with private decks and Jacuzzis. Each tent comes with a mini bar, safe, tea and coffee making facilities, en suite bathroom with twin basins and outdoor shower. There is a communal lounge with fireplace and Wi-Fi. There is also a private spa, wine cellar and outdoor boma. No children under 16 years of age are permitted at Dwyka Tented Lodge.

Gondwana Family Lodge
This family friendly lodge overlooks the Bellair Dam and views of the Anysberg Mountains. The lodge is designed for families and small groups. It offers Interconnecting rooms, a private deck, Wi-Fi, dining boma, T.V, lounge and fireplace, indoor and outdoor play areas and a child-friendly pool. There is a twin bedroom and a king sized bed upstairs with two sleeper couches for kids. Downstairs offers the same. There is floor heating as well as air conditioning. There is a safe, mini bar, en-suite bathroom and shower with bath and twin basins. The Kids on Safari programme offering educational and fun wildlife activities is based here.

Tilney Manor
At this game reserve near Cape Town, the historical Tilney Manor offers spacious open-plan suites leading onto private verandas. With luxurious lounges, private spa, lounge with fireplace and Wi-Fi as well as a rim flow pool it’s the perfect place to unwind and relax. The rooms come with air-conditioning, a safe, mini bar, tea and coffee making facilities, a fireplace, his and hers outdoor showers. The Relaxation Retreat with steam room and sauna is a space for pure indulgence. Only children older than 12 years old are permitted at Tilney Manor.

Explorer Camp
This seasonal rustic camp at Sanbona Wildlife Reserve allows you to explore the Karoo on foot while sleeping in luxury tents and enjoying evenings around a campfire. This camp is only open during the summer months in conjunction with the wilderness guided two day walking trails. The canvas tents sleep a maximum of two people each. The stretcher style beds come with sheets, duvets and pillows and en suite facilities on request, which consists of a bucket shower, toilet and canvas basin. Put your feet up after a day’s walk, as you recline in the hammock shaded by the ancient Schotia tree. Wilderness trails are only open to people older than 16 and younger than 60 years of age.
