Game drives run twice daily, one in the morning and one during the evening. This Riverside Paradise boasts an exceptional team of trackers and guides. Bush Walks
Walks generally take place after breakfast and last around 1- 2 hours. These walks are suitable for all fitness levels and provide a unique experience getting up close to nature as you trek through the hills with a tracker guide. This is an opportunity to learn more about the local flora, birds, insects, reptiles and even the cultural influences and history of the area. For safety, no children under 16 are allowed to attend the walks.Cultural Village Excursion
For a more cultural experience, guests at Lion Sands can also visit Henna Pre-school. The school initially used mud-walled buildings for infrastructure and since then better facilities have been built due to Lion Sands’ involvement.
