De Hoop Nature Reserve lies 3 hours from Cape Town in the Overberg Region, just east of Cape Agulhas. The stunning coastline found here is referred to as Koppie Alleen (lone hill).

The 36 000 hectares of De Hoop conservation area is a World Heritage Site, comprising a rich biodiversity.
