Mohlabetsi Safari Lodge commands sweeping views over the savannah, waterholes and the Drakensberg Mountains. The birdlife is as much of an attraction as the abundant wildlife that flourishes in the open plains and riverine forest. Mohlabetsi refers to the local small stream and means “Place of Sweet Water”. As the name suggests, this is a haven to reclaim your inner peace, as you escape the humdrum of your daily routine and become attuned to the rhythms of nature.
This intimate safari experience in the Balule Private Game Reserve offers guests daily game drives and bush walks with trackers who are familiar in the ancient art of observing spoor, tracks and other signs of an animal’s presence.
