Kwezo limi, ayizozakhono ezisebenzisa amandla kuphela ezidingekayo (umzekelo ukuqhuba, ukugonya, ukunkcenkceshela okanye ukuthena izityalo) koko nezakhono ezifuna ubuchule bengqondo (soft skills) ezifana nokuthetha ngokucacileyo, ukubonakalisa umdla nokuba nendlela yokuthetha nabantu kunye nokunyaniseka. Khumbula ukuba yonke into oyenzayo ibanegalelo kwindlela omnye umntu akubona ngayo. Qiniseka ukuba oko abanye bakubonayo zizinto ezincomekayo.
Nazi ke izakhono ezidingekayo (soft skills) ukuze ubani abe ngumfama ophumelelayo.

Yiba Ngumntu Ofikelelekayo

Indlela oyiyo kwabanye abantu yiyo ezakusa phambili ebomini ngaphezu kwayo yonke enye into onayo ebomini. Kufuneka ubonakalise umdla emsebenzini wakho kwaye usebenze nzima. Kufuneka ungonqeni ukwenza imisebenzi engabekelwanga wena, kwaye ungathi uhleli nje ube uqumbile. Ukuba ngumntu ofikelelekayo nohlala encumile kwenza kubelula ngakumbi nakwabanye abantu ukuba basebenzisane nawe.
