Willowmore is a karoo town situated in the Eastern Cape. The town is considered the western gateway to the Baviaanskloof and is a worthwhile destination, offering the visitor numerous places of interest and exceptionally friendly people.

Willowmore is filled with historical architecture (even the Old Jail is now a unique overnight venue) and includes a wonderful old Boer graveyard, and a well cared for Jewish cemetery. The Pierre Ferreira hiking trail into the surrounding veld incorporates a couple of historic forts and wonderful views over the town. It is a safe and secure environment, has a pleasant winter climate, making it the ideal winter holiday destination.
