Game drives in open Land Cruisers generally begin as dawn breaks. Follow the herds and watch the intricacies of life in the bush. Look out for the sleeping lion, who has been hunting all night.
Search for the leopard hiding his kill in the branches of a tree. Or the cheetah, crouched amongst the grass stalking the herds. Stop for some welcome hot coffee and stretch your legs as you survey the landscape and learn about the medicinal use of the plants and trees.
Afternoon game drives often extend into the evening, returning to camp using torch light to illuminate the creatures as they begin to hunt or find a place of safety to spend the night. Stop and watch the sunset, as you enjoy a cold beverage to toast the end of the day. Walks are adapted to suit your pace and interests.
