Strand is a seaside town situated on the shores of False Bay at the foot of the Hottentots Holland Mountains, and is a 40 minute drive from Cape Town. Because of the town's idyllic location, visitors can explore other parts of the Western Cape, such as the West Coast, Chapman’s Peak, Gordon’s Bay or the Winelands.
Strand is situated close to the N2 highway which leads to the fabulous Garden Route, via the Hottentots Holland Mountains and Sir Lowry's Pass.
