There is an ever-expanding network of single-track and jeep tracks through the reserve, ranging from flat to steep, and technical to more intermediate. One of the many perks of cycling here is fantastic over-the-bars game viewing, with giraffe, zebra, blesbok and wildebeest all around on the ride to these famous Anglo-Zulu war battlefields.

Explore the single-track maze through the rugged terrain of this part of northern KwaZulu-Natal. A visit in July will allow you to partake in the annual RattRace, a local bicycle event started in 2007.
