Crocodile Kruger Safari Lodge Activities
Marloth Park, Greater Kruger
Game viewing at Crocodile Kruger Safari Lodge not only includes the option of an early morning game drive, but also gives you the option of doing a night drive.
Game Viewing
Look out for nocturnal animals of the bush as you look up and take in the beauty of a clear, star filled sky. Game drives in Marloth Park follow the Crocodile River. Be on the lookout for those four legged, furry predators looking for a quick snack near the river. On a night time safari, there is always some animal causing a commotion near to the water's edge.
Bush Dining
Indulge in South African cuisine every night (weather permitting) under the stars. At this self-catering accommodation in the Kruger National Park, traditional African cuisine is on the menu and guests are well-looked after with personalised, friendly hospitality from the local staff.
Bush Walks
Track the hoofprints of Impalas or the paws of a great Lion when you venture into the wilderness. Experience the thrill of the bush up close with the option of a bush walk. These walks are done in both the Kruger National Park or Marloth Park by experienced and knowledgeable tracker-guides.
Mountain Biking
Bring your own mountain bike or rent one from Crocodile Kruger Safari Lodge. Spend some time exploring the riverbank as you cycle along the Crocodile River. There is nothing more liberating than feeling the cool breeze as you head out into nature.
Cultural Tours
At this accommodation in Marloth Park, you can experience local culture on a half day trip to Matsamo Traditional Swazi Village. Here, visitors will be treated to an informative tour of the village, followed by traditional song and dance by a group of community dancers, drummers and singers.
Jane Goodall Institute
Something not commonly seen here in the wild are Chimpanzees. At the Jane Goodall Chimp Eden you get to view these fun-loving animals in semi-wild surroundings. Watch Chimpanzees interact in South Africa’s first and only Chimpanzee sanctuary from multiple viewing decks. This trip includes transfers and a buffet luncheon.
