Guests lodging at Zwartberg View Mountain Lodge can choose between three chalets set on a hillside overlooking valleys where 10 species of game roam freely. Your Room

Zebra Chalet

The self-catering Zebra Chalet is a secluded romantic hideaway. It is an open plan studio type chalet with a small kitchenette and en-suite shower room, with an enclosed bush braai (fireplace). This chalet is ideal for honeymoon couples or small families (camping cots and an extra single bed can be provided at an additional cost).

Kudu Chalet

The self catering Kudu chalet boasts ample space for larger families.  It contains two double rooms (the beds can be arranged in king or singles depending on the needs of your family), each room has a large en-suite shower room.  The open plan sitting room/dining room and kitchen area contains a magnificent 8 seater dining table right by the indoor fireplace, which is perfect for the cooler evenings.

For the warmer evenings there is an outside fireplace for BBQ while soaking in the never ending views onto the Swartberg Mountains.  This chalet is situated just further on from the double room chalets, approximately 350m away from the main lodge and dining area.

Springbuck, Nguni and Oryx Chalets

All three double room chalets are rustic with a touch of luxury. They feature a private and secluded deck overlooking the valley, a tea/coffee station, en-suite bathroom with shower, mini fridge, cooling fans for summer, as well as wall mounted heaters for winter. These chalets are situated approximately 300m from the main lodge/swimming pool area.
