High on the list of animals in the area include giraffe, kudu, impala, wildebeest and zebra, with predators like lion, cheetah, leopard, hyena never too far behind. Remember to try and embark in the early mornings when the sun is not as severe, and the animals are most active.

In between game safari activities you can make a splash in the pool or meander down to the little ‘spaza shop’ to stock up ice and wood to light up the braai. There is also hide on-site for you to park off and catch up on your bird watching or soak up the vistas at sundown with a crisp libation in hand.
