Rooi Els is a little seaside village outside of Gordon’s Bay in the Western Cape. It’s on the scenic Route 44, and holidaymakers on their way to the Garden Route or the Overberg will enjoy this beautiful area of mountain and ocean views.
Rooi Else is located beside the Kogelberg Biosphere Reserve and is home to wildlife including chacma baboons,rock hyrax, clawless otters, small antelope and Verreaux’s eagles.
