At Honingklip, apart from getting to choose between 3 trails to suit all levels, you are also spoilt by endless views over the Overberg, stretching as far as the Greyton Mountains. The trails consist of jeep-track, single-track sections with a few technical descents, gravel roads, rockery and sand. Do not be put off by the first few kays of sand, this is just warming you up for the climbs and descents to follow.
The Green Trail is quite easy, with a little twist here and there, while the Blue trail is a little bit more of a workout and a great short hard ride for the speed kings. A few bits definitely need concentration with some drops and little jumps for the more adventurous. Finally, the Black Trail with its technical areas, fast dangerous drops, a few sandy patches and some jumps, is not for the fainthearted.
