Mankind’s oldest nation, Bushman tribes have lived in the mountains surrounding Bushmans Kloof Wilderness Reserve for 120,000 years. Their presence is signified by the rock art they created with oxide pigments, creations that this ecological haven preserves and protects today.
Venture on awe-inspiring walking tours or drives to take in the wonders of this nature reserve, including the over 130 unique rock art sites, some as old as 10,000 years and some of the Cape’s most rare animal and plant species.
