Waschbank River Lodge offers guests two comfortable lodging experiences, with refined furnishings and spectacular views of the Orange River. All rooms are equipped with linen, towels, electric blankets (double beds only), air-conditioning and tea/coffee facilities.
Lodge Rooms
All double rooms have double glass doors leading to a wooden deck with beautiful river views. There are three regular rooms with a double bed and en-suite bathroom (shower, basin, toilet), as well as a family room with a double bed, a bunk bed and en-suite bathroom (shower, basin, toilet).
Self-catering Units
This Orange River accommodation near Gariepdam boasts two self-catering units with a spacious open-plan design and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a living area. The units have double doors that lead to a private deck with a braai facility.
Waschbank River Lodge rooms are equipped with linen, towels and electric blankets (double beds only). The units each have an air-conditioner and fireplace for added comfort. Unit 8 is family-oriented with 3 double beds, 1 bunk bed set and 1 bathroom. This unit can be connected to one of the budget rooms for a larger family. Unit 9 hosts 2 double beds, 1 bunk bed set and 1 bathroom.
Budget Double Rooms
The budget double rooms were once part of the original pump house and have been renovated to create charming Orange River accommodation. The rooms consist of 2 levels and the authentic stone masonry creates a long-forgotten farmhouse ambience. There are two rooms available, both with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. One of the rooms can be connected to one of the self-catering units for a large family stay.
