Kumaderibe angezelela ukunambitha okubabako, ukunotha kanye nomnuko omnandi emivangweni neminye imihlobo efana ne-Marsanne.

Umhlobo we-Roussanne’ ukuvuthwa kwawo kutjho bonyana kufuze uvunwe amahlandla ambalwa. – ukuwakha ngesandla ngikho okuncono. Umhlobo lo uvame ukuvuthwa sele usezingeni eliphezulu lesidaki. Kunjalo nje kuqakathekile ukulawula isidaki emimumethwe yiwayini.

I-Roussanne ilungela ukukhiwa nofana ukuvunwa ekuthomeni kwesikhathi sonyaka – ngemuvanyana kwe-Sauvignon Blanc.

Amamomori mancani begodu arondo anombala osarulana okuvangeke ngozotho nakavuthiweko.

Amakari

Amakari wona anesilinganiso sobukhulu esiphakathi, aneencenye ezihlanu zesiphetho ezineempenda begodu anamamevana arondo.

I-Roussanne ayizwani nokonakala okubizwa nge-powdery mildew begodu uvame ukukoniwa mumoya novamise ukukhinyabeza umkhiqizo.

Inambitho

Amawayini enziwe ngamaderibe we-Roussanne aziwa ngokuba nomnuko omnandi. Nakavunwe ngaphambi kwesikhathi asezingeni leswigiri ephasi, amawayini asazoba mahle bekasale avuthwa ukuya phambili, aba nezinga elihle le-esede.

I-Roussanne akusiwo umhlobo onothileko. Uthandelwa khulu ukuba namakelo anambitha njengamafutha kanye nokuba nemikghwa ye-pepper esikhathini esinengi. Kesinye isikhathi angaba yi-tropical, akhombise amatshwayo wepenabhula kanye nomnuko wethuthumbo lomango nofana i-lilly.
